Ever wondered why food tastes so good? Join us for a fun, interactive flavor & umami tasting demo led by Senior Research Chef Wil Wilbur from International Flavor and Fragrances (IFF).

Through a guided 3-stage tasting experience using chicken fajitas, you’ll explore how flavors and umami tools work behind the scenes, and taste the difference yourself. This is a hands-on look at how science shapes flavor in real food applications.
