NEW myTWU App 

We are excited to announce the launch of myTWU, our university’s new student engagement app that will replace Pioneer Engage!

Built on the CampusGroups platform by Ready Education, myTWU is the new digital hub for connecting with campus life. From events and student organizations to key resources and involvement opportunities, myTWU is designed to enhance your experience.

But we’re just getting started. In Phase II, we plan to integrate Canvas calendars directly into the app, giving you the ability to fully map out your daily schedules—classes, events, and more—all in one place.

myTWU is an organic platform that will grow with the university and will be what you make it! The more you use it, the better it will be. So if you haven't done so already, check out mytwu.twu.edu and login with your SSO credentials.

And be sure to download the app to your phones! You can search for Texas Woman's University or myTWU in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Student Org Registration is OPEN

It’s here! Registration is now open! And this year, you’ll be doing it through myTWU, our brand-new student engagement platform. myTWU makes it easier than ever to register your student organization, connect with campus life, and keep everything in one place.

You’ll find a Step-by-Step “How To” Guide walking you through the registration process from start to finish. Whether you’re a returning org or brand new this year, this guide will help you get set up.

Before you start registration, make sure you have:

• Your organization’s officer information
• Your on-campus advisor’s information
• Banking information (if your org has a bank account)
• A copy of your updated constitution (there have been updates this year be sure to review on pg. 12 in the guide!)

• Login to myTWU
• Follow the steps in the attached guide to complete your registration.

• Download myTWU from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Open the app and log in with your TWU credentials.

The Wellbeing Society is more than a program—it’s a year-round community designed to help you thrive in all 14 dimensions of student wellbeing across the 5 HWI themes.You’ll build confidence, resilience, and life skills that not only enhance your college experience but also make you a standout applicant for internships, jobs, and graduate opportunities. To kick off your participation to the Wellbeing Society join the HWI Fall and Spring Wellbeing Challenges offer fun, goal-focused activities that guide you toward meeting the Society’s induction criteria—recognizing your achievements and growth with distinction.

The HWI Fall Challenge starts on Oct. 20 and will continue through Dec. 5. Join us to:

• Connect with peers and campus resources in meaningful ways
• Learn strategies for happiness, purpose, and success
• Showcase your skills as you prepare for your future

2025-2026 Parking Updates

If you have not purchsed your 2025-2026 parking permit, please do so. You will need to provide your vehicle’s description and license plate number when applying. The permit fee will be applied to your student account and should appear a few days after purchase. After making your purchase, print the temporary permit from the portal and display it on your passenger-side dashboard with the barcode facing up until you receive your annual permit in the mail. The maroon permit is valid for parking both on the Dallas and Denton campuses.

When you receive your permit, please affix it to your vehicle’s windshield (bottom passenger side). Parking permits are required to park on campus from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Permits are valid for the 2025-2026 academic year and will be effective Aug. 5, 2025 through Aug. 31, 2026. Permits allow you to park in on-campus lots as follows:

• Light Blue (Denton Light Blue Lot ONLY): $120
• Maroon (Dallas Garage 2-4 floors, Dallas Surface Lot across the street, Denton Maroon and Denton Light Blue Lots): $200
• Denton Maroon Garage (Denton Garage 2-4 floors, Dallas Garage, Denton Maroon and Denton Light Blue Lots): $350

• Daily/Temporary Denton surface lots and Dallas campus: $10
• Daily/Temporary Denton garage: $16

• Accessible via University Drive/US Hwy 380 and near Facilities Management.
• 245 spaces have been added on the south side, closer to Facilities Management, MCL and Jones Hall.
• Daytime shuttle service has been discontinued, but Night Owls services will be available to the Light Blue Lot during the weekday evening hours.
