Mission
NOVA is a student-led organization dedicated to supporting and inspiring undergraduate nursing students as they explore advanced pathways in the nursing profession. Our mission is to provide education, mentorship, and resources that highlight the multitude of advanced nursing roles, professional opportunities, and graduate-level pathways, such as Master's Programs (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Educator, Healthcare Administration, CNL, Informatics) or Doctoral Programs (i.e., DNP, PhD, JD, Ed.D, CRNA). By fostering a community of growth and professional development, NOVA empowers future nurses to envision their potential, expand their career horizons, and prepare for leadership roles in healthcare.

Membership in NOVA offers nursing students the opportunity to grow both academically and professionally.
